Chapter Leaders

A DeMolay Advisor is an adult mentor who supports and guides the chapter while allowing the youth members to lead themselves. Advisors help ensure meetings and activities run safely and smoothly, provide advice when challenges arise, and model strong character and leadership without taking control away from the members. Their role is to encourage growth, reinforce DeMolay values, and help young men learn responsibility, teamwork, and ethical leadership by experience. By offering guidance, structure, and support, Advisors help members succeed while still giving them the independence to develop as leaders.
